As the Founder, Executive Chairman, and CEO of Harbinger Group, Vikas drives Harbinger’s vision with a relentless focus on innovation. His doctoral research at the University of Pennsylvania was on entrepreneurial learning. He is an alum of the Harvard Business School.

President and Head of Business

Jyotsna heads business and operations at Harbinger. For about three decades, she has held several technical and management positions at Harbinger Group. She has successfully completed an executive program at The Wharton School.

  • Nitin KULKARNI

Head of Chairman’s Office

Nitin is the Head of the Chairman’s Office with a focus on strategic initiatives and enablement. He focuses on sustainable growth, corporate affairs, and leadership development. His extensive experience includes scaling operations past the 10,000-people mark.

  • Shrikant PATTATHIL

President and Chief Technology Officer

Shrikant drives technology vision at Harbinger. He specializes in new-age technology solutions that enable the future of work. He is an alum of MIT – Sloan School of Management.

Chief Alliance Officer and Head of US Operations

Seema leads Harbinger’s channel development and partnerships. She works out of Redmond, WA, where she also went to the University of Washington.

  • Mahesh KENI

SVP - Customer Success and Digital Learning

Mahesh is the SVP – Customer Success and Digital Learning at Harbinger, based out of the Redmond, WA headquarters. He has expertise in leading digital transformation and hi-tech automation. Earlier at Microsoft, he managed complex engineering projects for 20+ years.

Poonam leads Harbinger’s eLearning business. She specializes in eLearning solutions and education technology and is a frequent speaker at prominent L&D conferences in the U.S.
